PDRA 1 (4yrs) - cultivation and characterisation (DNA- and RNA-sequencing / bioinformatics focus) of Icelandic hot spring microbiomes, involved fieldwork in Iceland
PDRA 2 (4yrs) - microbiome metabolomics, multi-omic data integration
PDRA 3 (3yrs) - microbiome metabolic modelling
