Identifying tumor-specific surface proteins is gaining traction as targets for antibody-drug conjugates or bispecific immune cell engagers. Several recent studies have successfully extracted surface proteins from primary human samples, but this still requires optimizations to allow for low cell numbers and for combination with genomics.

The main objective is to build a robust protocol for processing low amount of PBMCs derived from patients (AML) and expanding the protocol to cancer organoids (colorectal cancer). Finally, after sample preparation optimizations, the different samples will be analyzed using MultiOmics approaches to build networks and identify potential targets and biomarkers.
